Saving Manufacturing Cost with i CHECK IT for Inventor

I hope we are all aware by now that the i CHECK IT product for Inventor is one of the best tools on the market for ensuring great design standards and modeling best practices whether you are new to the product or a long time user.  The product can benefit the single user or large groups of designers within any company.  What we sometimes forget about is the impact it can have on easier design reuse and reducing manufacturing cost.  In this blog I look at 3 simple rules out of the many that can impact manufacturing directly.    Many companies have limitations on their capabilities within their own manufacturing departments, the i CHECK IT product can make sure we design within those capabilities.  Maybe by setting up simple rules we can understand if an item is going to be a long lead item and help us with overall timing on a given project.
