Generating the Core and Cavity with Autodesk Inventor Tooling

One of the most time consuming tasks when creating an injection mold tool can be determining the core and cavity of a design. Autodesk Inventor Tooling turns this into a simple 5 step procedure:
  1. Orientate the direction of the mold opening

  2. Define the workpiece settings

  3. Create patching surfaces

  4. Create run off surfaces

  5. Generate the core and cavity
